#RPGaDay 2017: Day 4

4th) Which RPG have you played the most since August 2016?

Pathfinder. In August 2016, I wrapped up my most recent Freeport campaign (which started in v.3.5 and was converted to Pathfinder halfway through) and started trying out Pathfinder Society (Paizo's organized play program). I also started my new Pathfinder campaign, "Time of the Tarrasque," in January 2017.

The runner-ups would be D&D Fifth Edition (which I've been running for my kids) and BESM Third Edition (which I use for "The Kynthiad," the solo Greek myth campaign that I run for my wife).

  1. GURPS 4e. I've been running a Cabal campaign in the Infinite Worlds setting, which has been going for years, and seems to have a fair bit more life left in it. I've been playing in several G4e games: Weird War II, the tail-end of a TORG conversion, a 1930s non-Cthulhloid horror game, and a TL11 space navy game.

The only other thing I've played is a few sessions of AD&D1e.

    1. I would love to try GURPS 4e someday. I played a lot of GURPS 3e back in the '90s, but my regular group had drifted off to other games (primarily D&D 3.0/3.5) by the time 4e came out, so we never made the move to that rules set. Which is a shame, because I actually won a copy of the Basic Set through the 4e iconics fan art contest. (I built the warbot in LEGO. Appealing to Evil Stevie's other hobbies worked!)
