Our heroes:
- Gambit: hanakan, evolutionist (mechanized niche), street magician; ship's gunner.
- Sasha: borai maraquoi, enhanced envoy, bouncer; ship's pilot. (Multi-classed into solarian at 5th level.)
- Sssami Kuppa: ikeshti, enhanced technomancer, tinker; ship's engineer. (Junkomancer archetype at 2nd level.)
- Zzyssa: hanakan, vanguard, personal trainer; ship's captain.
Update May 2026: We paused this campaign at the end of 2024 in order to participate in the playtest for Starfinder Second Edition. My group has proven much more enthusiastic about 2E than 1E, so it seems highly unlikely that we will resume Scoured Stars unless one of us is ambitious enough to convert it to 2E--a task which I confess that I find more than a little daunting. Even just converting the PCs to 2E would require a great deal of development work, because hanakans, evolutionists, and vanguards have not yet been published for the new edition.
